Shipping policy

Being a handcrafted product, the production time may vary between a range of 7 to 20 business days, which must be confirmed with a sales agent as the time will depend on the type of product purchased. Once the product is finished and full payment for the purchase has been made, the product will be handed over to the shipping carrier, which may take 1 to 6 business days for domestic deliveries and 6 to 8 business days for deliveries to the United States of America.

The seller must provide the tracking number within the first 2 business days after shipment. It will be the customer's responsibility to track the package, which can be done on the shipping carrier's website as provided by the sales agent. If, during the tracking process, you notice that your package has been delayed, is not moving forward, or if 8 business days have passed and you have not received your products, please contact us to verify the shipping situation with the transport company and ensure proper follow-up.

If you need an urgent order, please contact us via email before placing your order. In this case, the price may increase by 10% to 30% over the original price. If you wish to use a shipping method other than the one D'ARTESANO offers, the cost of the requested service will be quoted and charged. When the logistics service is contracted by the customer, D'ARTESANO is not responsible for incidents during the transit of the goods. The customer must request all required information from the logistics company for the shipment from the moment the order is placed.

It is important to contact us to determine coverage in your area. Our logistics service for the United States of America (USA) covers most states, but rates may vary in certain regions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

TRANSPORT

The type of shipping is based on the dimensions and weight of the merchandise: The consolidated transport can be either national or international shipping. The order will be shipped according to the requested service. Shipments are not made to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please ensure that a physical address is provided. If you receive a product different from what you ordered, it is possible that there was a guide exchange. You must contact D'ARTESANO immediately to make the corresponding exchange.

SHIPPING PRICES

The price depends on the type of service required; consolidated or container transport can be either national or international. If time is a significant factor in your purchasing decision, please inform us as soon as possible to allow us to act accordingly.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

The shipment originates from Mexico, so the product may be subject to taxes, which can vary depending on the destination country; the customer will be responsible for paying these taxes. Based on our experience, we have observed that if your order is being shipped to the USA, customs clearance typically does not apply taxes when the value of the merchandise does not exceed a certain amount, which depends on the current update. However, this is something D'ARTESANO cannot control, as it depends on U.S. customs law. One recommendation we can offer is to ship the order partially, if possible, to avoid declaring high values.

In case of replacements, if the merchandise is subject to import taxes, the customer will be responsible for paying these taxes.
