D' ARTESANO S.A. DE C.V. complies with the highest quality standards. The warranty for the functionality of our products is up to 1 year. (Restrictions apply depending on the color of the patina on each product).

For the colors: Bronze, Natural, Natural with black spots, Natural with red spots, Matte, Bright, and Fire, the warranty is 3 months because the durability of these is lower. It is advisable to consider the patina kit, with which you can maintain the product's color. The warranty for these colors varies according to their durability. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and copper, each patina color will have variations, so these samples cannot be considered as the final result.

The color tone and finish may vary from one product to another. The natural colors show more variability between each product because the quantity and position of the spots cannot be controlled, which may also result in different shades. This warranty also applies to products that have manufacturing defects such as incorrect measurements, incorrect pieces, incorrect colors, incorrect design, deep cracks, and other elements that affect the normal use of the product. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, misuse, or incorrect installation of our products.

The acceptable tolerance in the dimensions of the products is as follows: WASHBASINS +-1/8”, SINKS +-3/16”, BATHTUBS +-3/8”, COVERS +-1/8”, HOODS +-3/16”.
